Good customer service is of paramount importance here at numsi. If you do not find the answer to your question below, please email us and we will do our utmost to help you as soon as possible.

How is the numsi website powered, and what payments do you accept?

The website of numsi.com is a certified domain, hosted and powered by Shopify, one of the leading e-commerce store front solutions. We accept credit card payments through Merchant Warehouse, a secure and trusted third party payment gateway. This means that your credit card details are not processed here at numsi.com. You can also choose to pay with a Paypal account if you have one, or you can quickly set one up, or you can simply pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card via Paypal if you prefer.

How long will my order take?

The majority of our product line will is made to order and we will always keep you informed by email as to how long this will take. We aim to ship non-custom work within two business days and custom artwork within five business days. Rush orders are available on request; please email us for details.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes we do. We at numsi believe that there is little to compare to the excitement of receiving a beautifully wrapped package, so that is exactly what we offer. We make sure that all the orders we mail to you look lovely, wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon. During the checkout process you will be asked if you would like your purchase to be gift-wrapped. If you do, check the box. You will also be given the opportunity to write a gift note which will be sent with the gift on a card featuring one of our designs. This service is free of charge to you, our wonderful customers. If you would like us to mail the gift directly to the recipient, just be sure to specify their shipping address.

Do you send a printed receipt?

As a rule, we do not include a copy of your receipt printed with your order, simply to keep wasted paper to a minimum. You are more than welcome to request a printed receipt- simply check the box on the checkout page.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service, within the contiguous United States. A tracking number will be emailed to you, with delivery confirmation service included. We believe that shopping should be a pleasure, and that easy shipping is never, ever a bad thing. We have a flat-rate shipping charge of $5 for all orders, no matter how bulky. For a limited time we will be offering free shipping on all orders over $100. If you want to upgrade your shipping to Express, you will be given the option to do that on the checkout page. After several requests, we have recently added the USPS First Class Parcel rate to our website, this can also be selected on the checkout page. The rates provided to us come directly from USPS, and are weight-based. For delivery estimates, please consult our shipping page. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery times, once your items have been packaged up and mailed to you, the matter is unfortunately out of our hands. International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office.

Do you ship internationally?

We are delighted to announce that we are now able to ship internationally. At checkout you will be able to select a shipping rate provided to us by the United States Postal Service. You can ship First Class, Priority or Global Express. For delivery estimates, please consult our shipping page. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery times, once your items have been packaged up and mailed to you the matter is unfortunately out of our hands. International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not currently charge sales tax on any numsi products- if the taxes are applicable to your purchase, we will pay them for you.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from numsi.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, please email us and we will do our utmost to find a resolution. As all products are made to order, and we do not carry a stock of products, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. All other orders must be returned in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. We do not pay for return shipping.

What is the numsi privacy policy?

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. All information entered on this website will remain utterly confidential and will not be passed on to anyone, ever. If you wish to receive updates on our designs, promotions and events, you can sign up for our newsletter on our website.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We currently offer gift certificates in denominations of $5- $1000 through Paypal. Certificates can be emailed or printed and never expire.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

First, take your time choosing your special gift from the numsi.com online store. When you are ready to check out and you have your selection in your shopping cart, select PayPal as your payment option. Log in to your account (you must have or register for a PayPal account to redeem this gift certificate; this is free and very quick and easy). When prompted, enter your gift certificate redemption code and follow the last steps to redeem your gift certificate.

Do you accommodate special requests?

We will do our utmost to provide complete customer satisfaction, within reason of course. Please email us with any requests or queries.

Do you offer a design service for wedding invitations and the like?
