The certificate can exist in either the real world, as an actual thing that you can actually touch, or it can exist in hyper-space, as an emailed document (which of course can be printed by the recipient for that tangible experience). Both versions are the beginning of the perfect gift experience.
We currently offer gift certificates which are issued through Paypal. You can choose a denomination from $5 to $1000, and will have the option of emailing the gift certificate directly to the recipient, or printing it out yourself. When the recipient comes to numsi.com to choose their special gift, they will simply shop, checkout via Paypal, and await their present.
